I draw on a mixture of learning and experiences when offering counselling, to adults of any age and younger clients too. From a background in NHS nursing, involvement in Mental Health with the NHS through the Pharmaceutical Industry , being Project Manager for counselling in a school environment , and providing a mix of adult counselling in Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and workplace counselling, I have gathered a holistic approach in offering clients support through emotional, physical and psychological distress.
I believe we all have the resolve inside to heal and comfort ourselves with a little support. Having space to explore our past, accept ourselves and work out what we need allows us a way ahead more of our choice.
I offer you this space and confidentiality to explore any of the issues you may have and together we can work out how you find the change you need.
